Our Belt‑Type Oil Skimmer uses an endless oleophilic belt that rotates through oily effluent, attracting and lifting free-floating hydrocarbons from water—without pumps. Once above the surface, scrapers wipe oil into a collection tray for gravity feed or pumping. It’s compact, low‑maintenance, and fully automated with self‑tensioning, capable of continuous unattended operation. Belt widths vary (50 – 500 mm), with materials from PU to stainless steel, handling capacities up to ~2 000 LPH, and suitable for industrial and marine applications.
